Job descriptionThe Senior Manager – Digital Operations & Automation is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operational delivery of digital gift card products, including order fulfilment, brand sourcing, stock management, and process optimisation.The role leads the development and implementation of automation, system improvements, and operational efficiencies to ensure seamless digital product delivery, scalable operations, and strong supplier partnerships.Operations & ProcessDesign and implement scalable operations processes across merchant and B2B businessDefine and monitor SLAs, turnaround times and operational KPIsIdentify operational gaps and drive continuous process improvementsAutomation & SystemsReduce manual work through automation and system-led workflowsWork with product and tech teams to automate operational processesDrive adoption of tools, APIs and internal systemsMerchant & Client OperationsOversee merchant onboarding, catalogue management, fulfilment and reconciliationEnsure smooth operational delivery for enterprise clientsManage merchant and client escalations and ensure SLA adherenceTeam LeadershipLead and develop the operations teamSet clear targets, SLAs and performance metricsEnsure strong execution discipline and accountabilityCross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with commercial, product, tech and finance teamsEnsure alignment between business, operations and technologyCoordinate cross-department efforts to resolve operational issues and improve processesRequirements :10+ years experience in operations in banking, fintech, SaaS or digital platformsProven experience managing operations teamsStrong background in process optimisation, SLA management and automationExperience working with external clients and merchant partnersStrong ownership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsYou Can Have :A cool, tech-focused environmentBest devices to work with.
