Company DescriptionPammvi Group of Companies is a 25 year old marketing and solution providing entity which supplies a diverse range of Medical diagnostic devices such as drug testing kits, Cardiac Markers & the comprehensive range of Audiometry Solutions. Pammvi holds representation from Global Leaders from USA, UK and China. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, Telemarketing Specialist role based in Mumbai. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, engaging with clients, managing customer inquiries, and providing both pre-sales and post-sales customer support. Responsibilities also include building relationships with prospective customers and contributing to sales goals. While the role is primarily office-based, some flexibility for remote work is available.We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Telesales / Telemarketing Executives to promote and sell rapid diagnostic test kits (including COVID, dengue, malaria, pregnancy, and other rapid test products) to clinics, hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and distributors across Mumbai.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound sales calls to healthcare providers, labs, pharmacies, and distributorsGenerate new leads and maintain a strong sales pipelineExplain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearlyFollow up with prospects and convert inquiries into confirmed ordersMaintain accurate call records and customer data in CRMAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targetsCoordinate with the logistics team for order processing and deliveryCandidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing (healthcare/pharma experience preferred)Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)Comfortable with cold calling and handling objectionsBasic knowledge of medical/diagnostic products is an advantageTarget-oriented and self-motivatedQualificationGraduate in any field (Life Sciences/Pharmacy preferred but not mandatory)Salary & BenefitsCompetitive fixed salary + attractive incentivesPerformance-based bonusesOpportunity to grow in the healthcare diagnostics sectorSupportive and growth-oriented work environmentWorking HoursMonday to Saturday10:00 AM – 6:30 PMHow to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated CV to: Name: Or contact: +91 - 9167188177QualificationsStrong skills in Lead Generation and Sales for driving customer acquisition and achieving targetsProven abilities in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring client satisfactionExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effectively interacting with customers and team membersAbility to adapt to a hybrid work environment and effectively multitaskPrior experience in medical diagnostics, telemarketing, or a related field is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
