We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven recruitment professional to lead and expand our Alternative Funds practice across India and the Middle East. This is a senior, revenue-generating role focused on delivering high-impact executive search solutions to clients across private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, private credit, and other alternative asset classes, as well as the fiduciary and AI/Crypto investment industries.The role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a high-growth vertical, working closely with leading investment firms and institutional clients across two of the most dynamic financial markets.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of senior and strategic hiring mandates within the Alternative Funds, Fiduciary and AI/Tech ecosystemDevelop and manage relationships with key clients, including private equity firms, venture capital funds, hedge funds, family offices, and asset managersBuild and expand the firm’s presence across India and the Middle East marketsOriginate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the verticalProvide market intelligence, talent insights, and advisory to clientsManage and mentor junior consultants (if applicable)Maintain a strong pipeline of senior candidates and industry networksRequirements5 - 10+ years of experience in executive search/recruitment, preferably within financial services or alternative investmentsStrong understanding of the Alternative Funds landscape (PE, VC, hedge funds, private credit, Crypto/AI, etc.) or Fiduciary or Technology (AI) industriesProven track record in business development and successful delivery of senior mandatesAn individual willing to establish and build a new network across India and/or the Middle East financial marketsStrong commercial acumen and client-facing capabilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
