Junior Saviynt EngineerRemote • India • Contract or Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Junior Saviynt Engineer to support the implementation and configuration of Saviynt as part of a broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) modernization initiative. This role will help transition an organization from a legacy identity platform to a product-centric IAM ecosystem, enabling more scalable and automated identity governance processes.The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Saviynt experience and will work closely with IAM stakeholders to configure workflows, policies, and provisioning processes. This position will focus on ensuring identity data is processed accurately, workflows are applied appropriately, and provisioning integrations are implemented effectively.You will also contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure long-term success of the platform.What You’ll DoConfigure Saviynt workflows and policies for identity data intake and preprocessingImplement provisioning workflows based on business and technical requirementsApply workflows to support new identities and identity lifecycle changesConfigure provisioning integrations using Secure LDAP, JDBC, APIs, and Secure File TransferSupport the migration from a legacy IAM platform to SaviyntCollaborate with IAM stakeholders to ensure workflows align with security and operational needsCreate clear technical documentation and implementation guidesProvide knowledge transfer and training to internal teamsAssist with troubleshooting configuration and workflow issuesSupport ongoing IAM platform improvements and enhancementsQualificationsExperience3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or identity governanceHands-on experience implementing or configuring SaviyntExperience participating in at least two Saviynt implementation engagementsTechnical SkillsExperience configuring Saviynt policies, workflows, and provisioning processesFamiliarity with provisioning protocols including LDAP, JDBC, APIs, and Secure File TransferUnderstanding of IAM lifecycle processes including onboarding, role changes, and offboardingProfessional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent documentation and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholdersComfortable working across global teams and time zonesToolsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience collaborating using tools such as Microsoft Teams
