Ltd., rapidly growing biotechnology companies based in Hyderabad, are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and strengthen the human resources function across both organizations.This role offers an opportunity to build strong HR systems and contribute to the growth of companies working in the field of molecular biology, oligonucleotide synthesis, and life science services.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for scientific, technical, and administrative rolesDevelop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, PT, and other labor lawsOversee employee onboarding, confirmations, documentation, and HR recordsMaintaining the leave records of the employeesCoordinate payroll processes and compensation structuresHandle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance managementSupport leadership in organizational development and workforce planningQualifications & Experience:MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related disciplineDegree/Post graduate degree in Biotechnology/Life Sciences ( Preferable)Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in biotech, pharmaceutical, or research organizationsStrong understanding of HR compliance, payroll practices, and labor regulationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage HR operations across multiple business unitsApplication Requirements:Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV along with the following details:Current Monthly SalaryExpected Monthly SalaryNotice PeriodCurrent LocationWilling to relocateInterested candidates may send their CV to:Biotech Desk Pvt.
