The Technical Assistant will provide technical support to internal teams and customers, assist in troubleshooting product-related issues, and contribute to the development and refinement of technical documentation. The role requires close collaboration with engineers and clients to address queries, provide solutions, and assist in the resolution of any operational challenges. Candidates will also assist in preparing technical presentations and ensuring smooth daily operations in technical tasks.QualificationsTechnical Assistance and Technical Support experience, with a strong understanding of technical systems and processesAnalytical Skills to assess issues systematically and provide well-thought-out solutionsEffective Communication skills for liaising with internal teams and customersCustomer Service experience with a client-focused approach in addressing technical queriesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to new challengesA degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field is preferredProficiency with technical documentation and presentation tools is an advantage
