We are scaling fast and need high-agency operators to join the Founder's Office.This is not a support role. You will be deployed on our most critical challenges, expected to own problems, and deliver results.Your RoleWe're hiring three distinct specialists. You are a /"go-getter/" with a clear /"spike/" (deep expertise) in one of these areas:Product: You live to ship. You understand users, own a product vertical, and can take an idea from spec to launch.Growth: You are an experiment engine. You find non-obvious channels, live in the data, and know how to move acquisition, activation, or retention metrics.AI: You build. You can fine-tune models, build RAG pipelines, or integrate AI into a core product to solve a real business problem.You will work directly with the founders to execute on 0-to-1 projects, solve bottlenecks, and drive a key company metric.Who You AreA Self-Starter: You don't need a task list. You find the biggest problem and start solving it.A Fast Learner: You can enter a new problem space and become an expert in days, not weeks.High-Velocity: You have a track record of achieving significant results in short timeframes.Proven: You have 1-2 years of experience and proof of work (what you've built, grown, or optimized).Requirements1-2 years of direct experience in Product Management, Growth Marketing/Ops, or AI/ML Engineering.A portfolio, GitHub, or case study demonstrating a high-impact project you delivered quickly.Ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.Non-Negotiable: You must not be a current student.
