We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our strategic alliances and partnerships efforts. If you are passionate about building high-impact relationships and driving growth through innovative partnerships, we want to hear from you.About the role:This role will be responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic partnership strategy. It involves identifying, negotiating, and managing key partnerships that drive revenue, enhance our product offerings, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in forging successful alliances, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.You are responsible for:● Strategy Development: Define and implement the overall strategic partnership strategy to align with company objectives and drive growth.● Partner Program: Conceptualize, launch and build a robust partner program which will help FCC onboard the best partners and grow the business exponentially.● Partnership Identification: Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers, channel partners, and industry influencers, that can enhance our market position and product ecosystem.● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual value and strategic alignment.● Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations and manage contract discussions to establish mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure that partnership terms align with company goals and compliance requirements.● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective execution of partnership initiatives and integration of partner solutions.● Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance metrics for partnerships. Regularly review partnership performance and make adjustments as needed to meet strategic objectives.● Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.● Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on partnership activities, performance, and strategic impact.You should have:● Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably in the SaaS industry. Proven track record of successful partnership management and revenue growth.● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.● Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively across teams. Problem solving and strategizing to unlock business growth.● Knowledge: Deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem, including industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.● Attributes: Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
