We are hiring an IT SOX Compliance Analyst on a full-time basis to support our Lead IT Architect in executing and maintaining SOX and compliance controls for a leading North American enterprise client. This role works closely with application, infrastructure, security, and audit teams.Ahmedabad / RemoteShift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM ISTMinimum Experience: 7 YearsCore Focus: SOX ITGC/ITAC controls, audit evidence delivery, and compliance governance across PeopleSoft ERP and Financial Data Warehouse (FDW)What You Will Do• Support the Lead IT Architect in executing SOX ITGC and ITAC controls for PeopleSoft and FDW - covering access controls, change management, job processing, security, and backups• Collect, validate, and submit audit-ready evidence within required timelines• Assist with SOX walkthroughs, internal and external audits, and follow-up requests• Track and help remediate audit observations and control deficiencies• Ensure change management controls are followed and properly documented end-to-end• Maintain SOPs, control documentation, and compliance evidence repositoriesWhat You Bring• 7+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials and batch/job processing• Solid understanding of SOX compliance - ITGCs, ITAC, access controls, change management, and security controls• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server administration and SQL querying• Experience administering Windows and Linux environments• Ability to generate system evidence including logs, reports, queries, and screenshots• Strong documentation and organizational skills• Prior experience supporting SOX audits for ERP or financial systems• Exposure to identity and security tools such as SailPoint or CyberArk is a plus• Experience working directly with external auditors is preferredThis role is for you ifYou have hands-on SOX compliance experience supporting enterprise ERP or financial systems, understand what audit-ready evidence looks like, and can work independently across multiple teams under tight audit timelines.
