The AVP of Customer Success will lead initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction, strategize retention programs, oversee key account management, and build long-term client relationships. Additionally, the role entails advising clients on best practices for achieving their goals, collaborating with internal teams to align on client objectives, and continuously enhancing the overall customer experience.QualificationsProven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to drive a client-first culture and deliver exceptional service.Strong background in Customer Retention and building loyalty strategies to ensure sustained client relationships.Experience in Account Management and developing strong partnerships with key clients to meet and exceed objectives.Effective Sales skills to identify growth opportunities and generate business leads aligned with customer success goals.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to mentor teams and collaborate effectively across departments.Strategic thinking with a proven ability to improve processes and deploy innovative solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Experience in event management, advertising, or a similar industry is an advantage.
