Job Brief Responsible for Program management Operations related to Rural recovery Project leading to restoration of livelihood education and food security of COVID affected vulnerable families Responsibilities Mapping the Territory Responsible to map the territory of the clusters Panchayat villages and vulnerable households the needing support Partnerships Liaison with Panchayat Local entities communities schools District Taluka administration government institutions authorities Recruiting and Managing the Team Identifying Resource Officers for Linkage leveraging Livelihood coordinators and Life skill educators for the project implementation Making sure all Team members comply with the Organisation policies Providing them with their job descriptions and send other information and updates including curriculum Ensure efficient communication within the Team Training the team Plan capacity building programs trainings for the team members Organize their training schedules immediately after joining Scheduling and running the Programme Preparing Annual Action Plan Follow ups on schedule updates and checks on progress and performance of the team Overall managing and overseeing team s time personnel and resources Monitoring and Evaluation Records Report Writing and data management Monitoring and Controlling Project outcome Feedback and Review Financial Management Handle budget related issues Handle all accounts and finance matters Reporting expenses Desired Competencies Programme Management Leadership Networking and Partnership Building Presentation and Communication Skills Planning and Organizing Skills Language Proficiency written and verbal in Oriya and English Basic Computer skills Entrepreneurial with high-energy levels and the passion to succeed Demonstrate ability to work in ambiguity and be decisive Have impeccable integrity and high personal ethics Innovative and Solutions oriented thinker Qualification Experience Masters in Social Work Rural Development Rural Management Agriculture any Social Sciences or equivalent Minimum 5 years experience in social development sector specifically in Rural development Agriculture Livelihood project Must have experience in leadership role for at least three 03 years in leading team Experience in working with Govt Familiar with Community development Community Organisation processes He she must be able to adhere to the highest ethical and moral standards and be able to display transparency Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
