Job Summary: Area Sales Manager (GT) will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor network, expanding market coverage, and achieving primary & secondary sales targets in the assigned territory under the General Trade channel. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets. Appoint & manage distributors in the assigned area. Ensure effective coverage of retailers, wholesalers & sub-stockists. Monitor secondary sales and ensure stock availability in the market. Plan and execute trade schemes, promotions & visibility drives. Lead and supervise Sales Officers / Sales Representatives. Maintain strong relationships with distributors & key retailers. Monitor competitor activities & submit market intelligence reports. Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding. Conduct regular market visits and review performance.
