We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Mining Supervisor to join our team in the coal mining belt. ready to take on field responsibilities.Salary: 13,000/- to 16,000/- monthly+ ESI+ Free lodging(Affordable canteen facilities available)Duty Hours: 10 to 12 hours, depending on work pressure. (Sunday Holiday).Industry Type:- MiningJob Role: SupervisorEmployment Type:- Full Time, PermanentJob Responsibilities:-Checking production output according to specification.Monitoring number of trucks loading, unloading and generate report.Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.Create and maintain proper documentation of production performance & progress.Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.Required Qualifications:-Minimum HS pass, Diploma in any specialization, Any Graduate, / . in any specialization.Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Ms Excel and Ms Word.Good communication skills on Bengali, Hindi.Experience:- Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply for this position.
