The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster students’ interest in English language and literature while preparing them for academic excellence.Key Responsibilities- Teach English Language and Literature to students from Classes VI–XII in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials to support effective learning.- Strengthen students’ grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and class participation through discussions, debates, and literary activities.- Assess and evaluate students through tests, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.- Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments.- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic planning sessions.- Use innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance classroom learning.Qualifications- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in English or English Literature.- B.Ed.
