We hiring for them: Position: Production Head Location: Rohisa, Ta: Mehmdabad, Dist: Kheda Work Timing: 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Qualification:  Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Biomedical preferred Job Details: Job Title: Production Head (Automotive / Aerospace Background) Department: Production Reports To: Plant Head / Director - Operations Location: (Rohisa Plant) Role Objective To lead and manage overall production operations ensuring quality output, productivity, and timely delivery as per daily, shift-wise and monthly production plans while maintaining safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:- Production Planning & Execution: Plan and execute shift-wise, daily and monthly production schedules as per dispatch commitments. Ensure production output meets customer delivery timelines. Monitor manpower, machines, and materials availability before production start. Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, and Stores for uninterrupted production flow. Quality & Process Control Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards and specifications. Implement process controls to reduce rejection, rework and wastage. Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis for production issues. Work closely with Quality team to meet customer and audit requirements. Productivity & Efficiency Improve OEE, cycle time and line balancing. Optimize utilization of manpower and machines. Reduce downtime through preventive and corrective actions. Implement Lean / Kaizen / 5S / TPM activities. Team & Shift Management Allocate manpower and supervise shift operations. Guide supervisors and operators to achieve production targets. Conduct daily production review meetings. Maintain discipline, safety and work culture on shop floor. Delivery & Coordination Ensure dispatch readiness as per production plan. Coordinate with maintenance team for machine availability. Escalate risks affecting delivery timelines proactively. Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory requirements. Conduct safety audits and training for shop floor employees.
