In this role, you will oversee SMS routing operations, optimize delivery performance, and ensure seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining high service quality, ensuring timely reconciliations, and driving operational efficiency in global messaging traffic management.What You’ll Be Responsible For Managinginternational clients and generating new business leads . Routing client SMS traffic throughalternate international vendorsin case of delivery issues or price changes. Collaborating with internal teams toresolve client-related issuesquickly and efficiently. Monitoringdaily credit usage, delivery reports, and currency consumptionfor all international clients. Proactively trackingdelivery rates and pricing trends , and escalating concerns for faster resolution. Handlingreconciliation of invoicesfor both vendors and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance.What You’d Have Bachelor’s degreewith a minimum of3 years of relevant experiencein operator relations or international messaging. Strong understanding ofSMS routing mechanismsand experience working withglobal aggregators . Proficiency inMS Office , especiallyExcel(pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Excellentcommunication and analytical skillswith a client-centric approach. Prior experience insales or client relationship managementwill be an added advantage.
