We are looking for a highly motivated Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work directly with the founder on building and scaling multiple ventures across different industries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys launching new initiatives, identifying opportunities, solving problems creatively, and executing quickly . You will work on a variety of projects ranging from market research and business development to operational execution and growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to early-stage ventures and real-world business building while working closely with an experienced founder. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential business ideas Support the launch and growth of new initiatives and ventures Identify potential partners, clients, and opportunities through research and outreach Help build pipelines of leads, deals, or customers Build and maintain relationships with investors and potential capital partners Assist with preparing updates and communications for investors Support capital raising initiatives by helping identify and engage potential investors Coordinate with external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, or service providers Assist with operational tasks required to get new initiatives off the ground Track progress, measure outcomes, and provide regular updates on projects and initiatives What We Are Looking For Strong problem-solving and research skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and execute Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working across different projects and industries Technical & Operational Skills Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and using new tools quickly Experience leveraging automation and AI tools to simplify workflows and improve productivity Ability to use modern tools for project management, task tracking, and progress monitoring Comfortable working with data, analytics, and dashboards to measure performance and outcomes Familiarity with productivity tools such as Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, CRM tools, or similar platforms What You’ll Gain Direct exposure to building and scaling businesses Opportunity to work across multiple industries and projects Hands-on experience with strategy, growth, and execution Experience working on investor relations and capital raising initiatives Potential for long-term growth as ventures scale Base salary: ₹7.2–12 LPA + performance-based incentives.
