We are a growing proprietary trading firm offering funding to Futures and CFD traders. We're known for daily payouts, zero payout denials, and fast processing — and we're looking for a Community Manager who lives and breathes the prop trading world. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands traders, speaks their language, and knows what it takes to build trust in a competitive space. Key Responsibilities * Own, manage, and grow FundedSeat's presence across X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Telegram * Engage daily with our trader community — answering questions, moderating discussions, and keeping the energy high * Identify and amplify community wins (funded traders, payouts, milestones) as organic social proof * Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, product launches, and promotions * Monitor sentiment, surface feedback, and relay insights to the team * Stay sharp on what competitors are doing and what's trending in the prop firm space What We're Looking For * Prior experience in a prop trading firm (community, support, marketing, or affiliate role) — this is a must * 2+ years in community management or social media * Deep familiarity with the prop trading landscape — challenges, payouts, platforms, and the culture around them * Strong written communication skills with a natural, on-brand voice * Self-motivated and comfortable managing fast-moving conversations across multiple platforms * Fluent English Nice to Have * Active or former trader with personal experience in funded evaluations * Existing presence or connections within trading communities What We Offer * Base salary + performance incentives * 100% remote, flexible schedule * Real growth opportunity within a scaling firm * A transparent team that moves fast and values your input
