You will play a key role in shaping students into industry-ready professionals through hands-on, application-oriented learning.The role involves regular travel to partner universities across India for training delivery, workshops, and academic collaborations, providing diverse exposure to different learning environments and institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in AI, Machine Learning, and Data ScienceTrain students in industry-relevant tools such as Python, Data Analytics, SQL, and related technologiesDesign and update curriculum aligned with current industry trends and demandsMentor students on projects, internships, and research workConduct workshops, seminars, and bootcamps to enhance student employabilityCollaborate with academic institutions to integrate industry-oriented learning practicesFacilitate hands-on learning through real-world use cases and problem-solving approachesRequired Qualifications & SkillsStrong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data ScienceProficiency in Python, and working knowledge of R, SQL, and data handlingFamiliarity with tools/frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorchUnderstanding of data analytics, statistics, and model buildingExperience in teaching, training, or mentoring students (preferred)Excellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to simplify complex concepts for diverse learnersEducational QualificationsM.Tech / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldPrior academic or training experience is an added advantageWhy Join Cognitel?Opportunity to work at the intersection of industry and academiaDirect involvement with top universities across IndiaExposure to cutting-edge technologies and real-world applicationsA platform to mentor and shape future industry professionalsDynamic, growth-oriented work environment with hands-on impact
