Location: Mumbai Job Summary:We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and oversee all technical aspects of the company. The CTO will be responsible for managing the software development team, driving technology strategy, ensuring system stability, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on technical expertise.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the entire software and technology department.Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of all software products and platforms.Define and implement the company’s technology strategy and roadmap.Supervise and guide software developers, engineers, and IT staff.Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of all systems and applications.Collaborate with management to align technology solutions with business objectives.Review and approve technical architecture and system design.Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure timely delivery of projects.Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency.Ensure proper documentation, coding standards, and best practices are followed.Oversee vendor relationships and external technology partners if required.Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance standards are maintained.Required Skills & Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.8-10+ years of experience in Software development, technology roles, leadership or team management roles Proven experience in software development and technical leadership.Strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and software development frameworks.Experience managing technical teams and large-scale software projects.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
