Join us in shaping the future of design.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Textile & Fashion Design Professional with strong knowledge of home textiles, fashion prints, embroidery, and surface pattern design who is interested in moving into a client-facing sales and consulting role.In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to sell an AI-powered design platform to fashion brands, export houses, and design teams. You will work closely with client designers, conduct product demonstrations, train teams on the platform, and drive product adoption.This position combines design knowledge, client engagement, product training, and sales responsibilities.Key Responsibilities• Drive sales of the AI design platform to fashion brands, textile exporters, and design studios• Identify and approach potential clients in the fashion and home textile industry• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for client design teams and management• Explain how the AI platform can improve design productivity, speed, and creative exploration• Use your design expertise to connect with client designers and understand their workflow• Train client design teams on how to effectively use the AI design platform• Support clients in integrating the platform into their existing design processes• Manage the entire sales cycle — from outreach to demo to conversion• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients• Build long-term relationships with design heads, product managers, and brand teams• Provide client feedback and market insights to improve the productRequired Skills & Qualifications• 3–5+ years of experience in textile or fashion design• Strong experience in home textiles, fashion prints, embroidery, or surface design• Experience working with export houses, brands, or global buyers• Strong communication and presentation skills• Ability to sell technology solutions to design teams• Confidence in conducting product demos and client meetings• Interest in AI tools and design technology• Self-driven with a sales mindset and relationship-building abilityWhat You Will Gain• Opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, textiles, and AI technology• Direct exposure to leading textile exporters and fashion brands• A hybrid career path combining design expertise with sales and technology• Significant growth potential in fashion-tech and AI-driven design solutionsIncentivesFixed Plus Target Based
