Location - Erode, Tamil NaduHindi Language (mandatory) Job descriptionMaintain and update Plant & Machinery asset recordsMonitor daily equipment DPR and utilizationTrack diesel issue and consumption as per company normsManage spare parts inventory and recordsRecord equipment breakdowns and ensure quick response to reduce downtimePrepare basic utilization and idle time reportsUpdate service and maintenance history of equipmentAssist in preventive maintenance planning and trackingMaintain records of hired equipment and support bill verificationCoordinate with vendors, operators, and mechanicsSupport computerized monitoring systemsAssist in digitization and automation initiativesTrack performance and efficiency of operators and mechanicsManage operator and mechanic assignmentRequirementsMinimum Experience: 3–5 years in Plant & Machinery / Equipment ManagementQualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil EngineeringExperience in construction / infrastructure projects preferredGood knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and diesel normsBasic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting, record keeping)Ability to prepare DPRs, utilization, and idle time reportsStrong coordination and communication skillsHindi speaking is mandatoryWillingness to work from Head Office
