You guide how stories move, feel, and land across platforms while ensuring that video remains a strong expression of the brand’s narrative.You collaborate closely with content writers, designers, strategists, and brand experience teams to ensure that video is integrated into creative thinking from the start.You also help guide video editors within your team, strengthening the quality and clarity of video outputs.What will you do?Translate creative ideas into clear video storytelling approaches.Define pacing, structure, and visual direction for video outputs.Guide Senior Visualisers and Visualisers on execution and editing direction.Ensure consistency in video style and narrative across campaigns and ongoing work.Collaborate with content and design teams to align video with creative ideas.Participate in brainstorming and concept discussions to strengthen video thinking.Identify opportunities for video-first storytelling formats.Maintain high standards of craft, storytelling clarity, and technical quality.Review edits and provide feedback to improve storytelling and execution.Ensure videos are adapted effectively across platforms and formats.
