Job Title

CLIENT: HVAC Manufacturing plant coming up at Chakan, Pune.Role Purpose:Oversee and manage all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound movement, transportation, import/export compliance, coordination with logistics partners, and cost-effective distribution. The role ensures timely delivery, optimized logistics flow, and seamless support to production and customer requirements. HVAC industry background is preferredKEY DELIVERABLES:Manage end-to-end logistics activities, ensuring timely movement of materials, components, and finished goods.Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining delivery schedules and service-level expectations.Ensure proper documentation, dispatch accuracy, and on-time transportation to internal and external customers and timely vehicle movement.Oversee import/export processes in accordance with applicable customs regulations.Manage relationships with logistics service providers, including freight forwarders, transporters, and carriers.Evaluate logistics partners for performance, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure reliable and cost-effective services.Oversee all material packing activities, ensuring proper packing standards for safe handling and efficient transportation.Resolve logistics bottlenecks proactively and maintain high service reliabilityIncumbent profile:12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch management, and supply chain operations in HVAC Plant. Experience in material packing operations will be a strong advantage.Annual Compensation: 15 LPA
