The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide travel information, answer inquiries about travel services, assist with bookings, and handle customer concerns. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and meeting communication targets. Collaboration with the broader team for resolving customer queries and enhancing service quality is also a key function of this role.
