The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to provide travel information, answer inquiries about travel services, assist with bookings, and handle customer concerns. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and meeting communication targets. Collaboration with the broader team for resolving customer queries and enhancing service quality is also a key function of this role. QualificationsExcellent verbal communication, persuasive, and customer relationship skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesBasic computer skills and familiarity with booking and CRM systemsProficiency in handling customer inquiries, problem-solving, and complaint resolutionAbility to collaborate with a team and work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferredFluency in local languages and English is advantageous
