Job Title: RM Sourcing ManagerLocation: On-site – DelhiExperience: 3–4 YearsSalary - 6 LPA to 8 LPA CTCIndustry Preference: Beauty / Personal CareAbout the RoleWe are looking for a commercially driven RM Sourcing Manager to manage procurement andsourcing of raw materials, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely supply.The ideal candidate should have strong vendor negotiation skills, cost analysis capability, andexperience working closely with production and supply chain teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRaw Material Sourcing Identify and onboard new raw material suppliers Negotiate pricing, credit terms, MOQs, and supply agreements Ensure consistent quality and timely availability of raw materialsCost Optimization Analyze market trends and pricing benchmarks Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality Monitor contribution margins and input cost fluctuationsVendor & Supply Coordination Maintain strong relationships with vendors Coordinate with production and operations for demand planning Track inventory levels and avoid stock-outs or overstockingCompliance & Documentation Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders and contracts Maintain supplier database and performance tracking Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standardsWhat We’re Looking For 3–4 years of experience in raw material sourcing or procurement Strong negotiation and commercial skills Experience in beauty, Personal industry preferred Understanding of costing, margins, and supply chain coordination Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
