Join us in shaping the future of robotics and technology with a collaborative and forward-thinking team. Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Founding Robotic Engineer specializing in Mechanical or Electronics disciplines for a full-time, on-site role at Chottanikkara, India. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement innovative robotic systems, contribute to process automation projects, and conduct analytical troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include supporting software development for robotic systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product compliance with technological and safety standards. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in building groundbreaking robotic solutions at a startup stage.Qualifications:Strong expertise in product design using Onshape or similar CAD tools. Minimum 2 year experience.Academic Background: B.Tech/M.Tech in Robotics, Mechatronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.Hands-on Expertise(Must have): Proven experience in building robotic sub-systems, actuator control, or PCB design.Technical Stack(Must have): Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System), NVIDIA Jetson,Gazebo or high-DOF kinematic simulations.Strong expertise in Robotics and Process Automation technologiesExcellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and system optimization.Proficiency in Software Development, focusing on robotics and control systems.Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.Experience with prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting robotic systems is highly desirable.Passion for innovation, adaptability, and working in a startup environment.Core Responsibilities   Product Design: Lead the robotic design in Onshape, focusing on high-DOF kinematics, weight optimization, and simulation-ready assemblies.For Electronics: Design the power backbone, sensor fusion boards, and low-latency motor control systems.Collaboration: Work daily in our R&D space to ensure and software are perfectly synced.Documentation: Maintain high-security design logs and version control (Critical for Patent/IP filing).What we offer Career Growth: Play a pivotal role in a growing company!
