Job Description: Nutritionist (Core Skills Focused - Hybrid)We are looking for a proactive, driven, tech-savvy nutritionist who can independently manage client interactions, deliver personalized nutrition guidance, and contribute to revenue. This role is designed for individuals who are hands-on, self-sufficient, and focused on execution rather than relying on structured processes or constant supervision.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Management & RetentionHandle end-to-end client interactions independently across all platforms (calls, WhatsApp, emails).Maintain strong client engagement, ensuring retention and satisfaction.Understand client personalities and tailor communication beyond standard scripts.2. Dashboard & Operations ManagementIndependently manage all aspects of the internal dashboard, including:Client tracking, at-risk clients, and timely feedbackEnsure 100% accuracy and completion across all sections, including:Client goals, health scores, before/after updates, and timely in-app entries3. Nutrition ExpertiseDemonstrate strong knowledge of various diet plans and nutritional approaches.Create and share diet plans independently without requiring senior approval.Provide personalized recommendations based on individual client needs and health conditions.4. Communication & Query HandlingRespond to all client queries independently without requiring mentor validation.Maintain high standards in written and verbal communication on calls.5.
