As an SAP FICO Lead, you will drive end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations and enhancements, working closely with business stakeholders in the banking/financial services domain. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will actively contribute to configuration, design, and solutioning. Key ResponsibilitiesLead S/4HANA Finance (FICO) implementations, rollouts, and support engagementsPerform hands-on configuration in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, COPA, Product Costing)Work closely with banking stakeholders on core finance, payments, and reconciliation processesDrive requirement gathering, solution design, and functional specificationsManage integration with MM, SD, Treasury, and Banking interfacesEnsure compliance with financial regulations, audit, and statutory reportingLead and mentor a team while ensuring delivery excellence and timelines Must-Have SkillsStrong experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (mandatory)Proven hands-on expertise in configuration and issue resolutionDeep knowledge of:General Ledger (New GL / S/4HANA Finance)Accounts Payable & ReceivableAsset AccountingCost Center Accounting & COPAExperience in Banking / Financial Services domainStrong exposure to payment processes, DME (Data Medium Exchange), and bank integrationsExperience in 2+ end-to-end implementations as Lead or Senior Consultant Good to HaveSAP FICO / S/4HANA CertificationExperience in multi-country or global rolloutsKnowledge of Fiori apps and embedded analyticsFinance background (CA / CMA / MBA Finance) What We’re Looking ForA hands-on leader who can both design and executeStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
