/"Recruiting for a scheduled commercial Bank/"Educational Qualification – B.Tech / BE ( preference Electrical )Location:Kochi,MumbaiRoles and responsibilities• Coordinate identification, feasibility assessment, negotiation support, and landlordscope finalisation for new premises• Act as the regional SPOC for landlords until premises handover and readiness• Coordinate lease documentation, inputs for registration, renewals, and rent initiation• Support site surveys, drawings, and layout finalisation with project teams• Coordinate vendor allocation, PMC intimation, and project kick-off activities• Track project timelines, milestones, estimates, budgets, PRs, and POs• Ensure site readiness and infrastructure support for branch openings• Monitor maintenance ticket flow, assignment, ageing, and closures within the region• Coordinate estimate verification, cost approvals, PR initiation, and bill certification• Track AMC, warranty, and preventive maintenance compliance• Liaise with branches, vendors, landlords, and internal departments• Maintain accurate MIS, trackers, and real-time status updates• Prepare and follow up on approval notes and payment-related documentation• Handle regional escalations related to premises, projects, and maintenance• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, DOA, regulatory, and audit requirements• Maintain complete physical and digital documentation for audit readiness• Submit weekly and monthly regional status report
