About the jobRole: Salesforce Technical Project ManagerLocation: Hyderabad (Hybrid)Experience Required: 15+ years (with minimum 8+ years into Salesforce) Preferred Certifications: CSM certification is MUST, PMP / Prince2 added advantage, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified PD1, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud ConsultantOverall 15+ years in IT with minimum 8+ years of working experience in Salesforce end-to-end project implementation.Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, other) including Deployment/Packaging effectively.Ability to create and review Statements of Work and other contractual documentsProven experience in implementing solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud etc.,Responsible for the delivery and provide solutions to the new and existing customer base, with a high level of focus on quality Manage timelines, deadlines, feature sets, risks, change requests, releases, and track projectFacilitates or co-leads with customer project manager regular status meetings with the project team, and all stakeholders.Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and user acceptance testing sessions.Review deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client.Good to have integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.Provide best practice Consulting, Implementation, Classic to Lightning Migration, and data migration projects.Strong communication and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment.Managing all Customer interactions, customer meetings and communications.
