Role OverviewAs a Strategic Operations & Research Associate, you will support Impact Beacon’s efforts to strengthen mission-driven organizations through research, operational insight, and structured execution support.This role is designed for early-career professionals (1–2 years of experience) who are highly curious, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to meaningful work within the nonprofit and social impact ecosystem. Freshers with strong interest and alignment are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must be based in Delhi.You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support research initiatives, data organization, stakeholder coordination, and strategic execution.
