Job Description

Position Title: Content HeadLocation: NoidaExperience Range: 10-18 YearsContent Head is responsible for building Damco's credibility and influence with senior tech executives through content that demonstrates deep understanding of their business problems. The content you produce must be sharp enough that a CIO, CTO, or VP Engineering reads it and thinks: these people understand my world. You use AI tools for research, synthesis, and production efficiency. But the business acumen, narrative craft, and creative judgment are yours. AI accelerates the process. You decide what is worth saying, how to frame it, and what will resonate with a C-suite audience that ignores generic content. What You OwnBusiness Collaterals Repository: You own the complete library of marketing and sales collaterals: offering one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, competitive comparisons, and leave-behinds. Every asset must be current, specific to an offering, and usable by sales in a real meeting.Brand IP Content: You create proprietary content assets that establish Damco as a recognized voice in tech audiences. This includes original research reports, benchmarking studies, industry POV papers, and signature frameworks that become associated with the Damco brand. These are the assets that get cited, shared at conferences, and referenced in our audiences.Research-Based Content: You produce insight-led content grounded in data, market research, and domain expertise. This means: industry trend analyses backed by real numbers, operational benchmarking pieces informed by Damco's delivery experience, and technical deep-dives that demonstrate practitioner-level understanding.Narrative & Thought Leadership: You develop the stories and narratives that make Damco's offerings compelling to senior executives. This includes long-form articles, speaking abstracts, executive briefing documents, and point-of-view papers that take a clear position on how insurance ops or ISV product development should evolve. Content that provokes thinking, not content that summarizes what everyone already knows.Content Support for Demand Gen: You produce campaign-specific assets briefed by the Outbound and Digital teams: campaign/event collateral, webinar content, and sales enablement materials.Content Performance Report: Monthly report tracking readership, engagement depth, executive reach, and campaigns performance.Key Performance Indicators: These are reviewed monthly/quarterly. The focus is readership quality and influence, not production volume.KPI: Executive readershipTarget: Content consistently reaches and engages ICP-level executives (VP+) at target accountsMeasured By: Analytics + sales feedback on what prospects referenceKPI: Brand IP assets producedTarget: 1 signature research/benchmarking asset per quarter that becomes a reusable brand propertyMeasured By: Content calendar + asset libraryKPI: Collateral freshness & coverageTarget: 100% of active offerings have current collaterals (one-pager, case study, solution brief). No asset older than 6 months without review.Measured By: Repository auditKPI: Demand gen content SLATarget: Campaign content delivered within agreed SLAMeasured By: Content tracker SLAKPI: Content quality barTarget: Zero published pieces that could apply to any company. Every piece references a specific offering, ICP, or domain insight.Measured By: Editorial review + quarterly content auditRequirements8+ years in content marketing, at least 3 in B2B tech services. You have written for C-suite and VP-level audiences, not just practitioners.Strong business acumen. You can read an earnings call transcript, an industry analyst report, or a regulatory filing and extract a content angle that matters to a CIO. You understand how businesses make buying decisions, not just how marketing funnels work.Creative narrative ability. You can take a dry operational topic (claims automation, AI feature architecture) and turn it into a story that a senior executive reads to the end. Not through clever writing tricks, but through genuine insight and a clear point of view.Proficiency with AI tools for research, drafting, and production. You use AI to accelerate research synthesis, generate first drafts, and scale output. But you provide the strategic framing, the editorial judgment, and the quality bar. AI is your tool, not your replacement.Experience managing a content team of 5+ people. You have run editorial calendars, enforced deadlines, and maintained quality at volume. You can brief writers, review drafts, and kill weak content without hesitation.Portfolio should include: a research-based or benchmarking asset, a case study written for a senior executive audience, and a point-of-view or thought leadership piece that takes a clear position.Profile Shortlisting:Share your portfolio examples targeted to senior technology decision makers which were used to make an influence.eg. a research-based or benchmarking asset, a case study written for a senior executive audience, and a point-of-view or thought leadership piece that takes a clear position. Do not share complete portfolio, review and share best 3 examples which makes sense based on the JD above.
