The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA systems and cross-functional applications.Job Description:As SAP - Functional - OTC - SD professional, you will play a vital role in managing and owning all aspects of technical development and delivery. Your expertise will be utilized in understanding client requirements, writing Functional Specification documents, and providing technical support. With your SAP Certification and Domain experience, you will contribute to competency building and coordinate with the technical team on custom objects. Your strong communication and analytical skills will be an asset in interacting with customers and proposing effective solutions.Responsibilities:Manage and own technical development and delivery aspectsUnderstand client requirements and create Functional Specification documentsAct as an individual contributor and lead client-facing rolesEstimate efforts, identify risks, and provide technical supportMultitask and re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirementsInteract with customers, understand their needs, and propose solutionsWork on support engagement, manage priority-based tickets, and ensure SLA complianceContribute to competency building and coordinate with the technical teamIdentify RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and contribute to process improvementProvide post-go-live support and generate daily status reportsQualifications:6-15 years of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in implementation, support, and rollout projectsIn-depth knowledge of SD functional module and cross-functional applicationsExperience with FI, LE, MM, PP, QM, CO-PA, CS, and PS modulesProficiency in Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs), testing, and quality assuranceKnowledge of SAP ASAP/Activate methodology and SD configurationExpertise in pricing procedures, special business processes, and SD module issuesExcellent understanding of SD concepts and master dataExperience in identifying GAPs, business requirements, and blue printingStrong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skillsSAP Certification and Domain experience is preferred
