This role demands a strong command over design fundamentals, the ability to think within strict brand systems, and the agility to deliver high-quality creatives under tight timelines—without compromising precision. If alignment, typography, logo positioning, and grid systems matter to you as much as ideas do, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Design & Tools-• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a plus) • Understanding of: o Layout systems o Typography and kerning o Visual balance and hierarchy o Brand consistency o Professional Discipline Client & Agency Experience • Prior experience working with global or reputed clients is mandatory • Experience in creative agencies handling premium brands preferred • Ability to interpret global briefs and adapt designs for local markets • Basic to good command of English o Ability to understand English copy o Apply design logic to text placement • Comfortable asking the right questions to clarify briefs Behavioural & Functional Competencies • Work with smart research and workflow hacks• Extremely detail-oriented with a zero-error mindset Awardrd-winning campaigns, and emerging visual styles • Open to feedback and capable of fast iteration Good to Have • Experience working on automotive launches, liquor branding, or luxury campaigns • Familiarity with motion basics or adapting designs for motion Requirement: • Based in Delhi • Work: Remote
