Kindly refrain from applying if you are currently working as a freelancer or seeking part-time/remote engagements.About the Role:As a 3D Visualiser at Studio Swap, you will play a key role in translating our design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic visual representations. You will work closely with our design and execution teams to create compelling visuals for luxury residential, hospitality, and architectural projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders for interior and architectural projectsInterpret design briefs, mood boards, CAD drawings, and material palettes accuratelyCreate lighting, texturing, and compositions that align with the project’s design intentCollaborate with architects and interior designers to refine visuals as per client feedbackProduce walkthroughs/animations when requiredMaintain consistency in quality, detailing, and timelines across multiple projectsSoftware Skills Required:Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, or equivalentStrong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering techniquesBasic knowledge of Photoshop for post-productionWho We’re Looking For:A detail-oriented professional with a strong design sensibilitySomeone who understands luxury aesthetics and spatial storytellingAbility to work in a fast-paced studio environment with strict timelinesGood communication and teamwork skillsIf you are passionate about creating high-quality visual experiences and are looking to be a part of a dynamic design studio, we would love to hear from you.Please share your updated CV and portfolio at & Warm regards,Studio Swap LLP
