It supports various teams and functions across Delta and is an integral part of our transformation agenda, working seamlessly with a global team to create memorable experiences for customers.Roles and responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle system enhancements, support and maintenanceManage incidents and problem resolution using ITSM tools like ServiceNowTranslate business needs into functional and technical design specificationsConfigure and test Infor WFMCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successPerform troubleshooting using hyper-find queries, genies and reportsMaintain DEV Environments and support user acceptance testingCreate and update documentation including design specs, test cases, and training materialsCoordinate application upgrades and ensure complianceAct as a liaison between internal stakeholders and technical teams.What you need to succeed (Minimum qualifications)Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems or human resource management4+ years of application support experience with Infor WFMStrong understanding of Infor WFM configuration, data structures, and integrationsExperience with SQL, Java-GTH/J2EE, Groovy scripting and Cognos ReportingProven ability to manage and understand complex pay rules, scheduling and mobility featuresStrong analytic and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of agile practices and principles, with a certification in Agile methodology preferred. Excellent collaboration, self-leadership, and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
