The role focuses on translating pre-defined campaign briefs and content directions into engaging, platform-optimized scripts.Key Responsibilities1. Script WritingWrite clear, engaging, and platform-friendly scripts for influencer content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form formatsTranslate brand briefs and content directions into structured scripts with strong hooks, body, and CTAEnsure scripts are concise, engaging, and aligned with platform consumption behavior2. Adaptation to Creator StyleCustomize scripts based on the creator’s tone, personality, and audienceEnsure scripts feel natural and not overly promotional or forcedModify scripts based on creator feedback while maintaining brand messaging3. Brand AlignmentStrictly adhere to brand guidelines, tonality, and messaging provided in the briefEnsure all mandatory deliverables, key points, and USPs are accurately incorporatedMaintain consistency across multiple scripts within the same campaign4. Platform OptimizationWrite scripts keeping in mind platform-specific best practices (hooks, pacing, retention, etc.)Structure content to maximize engagement and watch timeAdapt scripts for different formats (30-sec, 60-sec, storytelling, voiceover, etc.)5. Revisions & Execution SupportWork on multiple iterations of scripts based on internal and client feedbackEnsure quick turnaround time for script deliverySupport the campaign team by refining scripts during execution if requiredKey RequirementsSkills & CompetenciesStrong scriptwriting and storytelling skills for short-form video contentAbility to write crisp, engaging, and high-retention contentGood understanding of social media platforms like Instagram and YouTubeStrong command over English and Hinglish (vernacular is a plus)Ability to follow structured briefs without deviation
