At Veadik, we are committed to helping clients optimize project performance, control risks, and maximize value through structured commercial management and technical excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Cost Manager – Civil (Pre-Contract).The role involves leading the financial and commercial aspects of projects during the pre-contract stage, including:Leading detailed project budgeting and cost planning from concept to detailed design stagesOverseeing preparation and review of BoQs for civil and structural worksConducting feasibility studies, cost benchmarking, and financial analysisDriving value engineering and cost optimization initiativesIdentifying commercial risks and advising on mitigation strategiesLeading tender documentation, bid evaluations, and commercial negotiationsReviewing contractor submissions and preparing comparative statementsCoordinating with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and internal stakeholdersPresenting cost reports and strategic recommendations to clients and senior managementThe Senior Cost Manager will play a key leadership role in ensuring projects are financially viable, commercially structured, and aligned with client objectives.Qualifications10–15 years of experience in Pre-Contract Cost Management / Quantity SurveyingStrong expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, cost planning, and BoQ developmentProven exposure to Residential, Commercial, Masterplan, and Mixed-Use projectsStrong commercial judgement and risk assessment capabilityExperience in tender preparation, bid evaluation, and contract review processesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsProficiency in relevant cost management tools and advanced ExcelBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
