We are a subsidiary of Gretex Corporate Services Limited (NSE: GCSL), a Category 1 SEBI-registered Merchant Banker that has underwritten 60+ public issues thereby giving us a pedigree few wealth platforms can match.We're now building our Wealth Management vertical from the ground up, and we're looking for the people who will define it.The Opportunity:This isn't a role where you inherit a book and manage relationships on autopilot.This is a builder's role.You will be among the founding members of GSBL's Wealth Management vertical; shaping its client philosophy, its product approach, and its market identity. If you've ever wanted the impact of an entrepreneur with the stability and credibility of an established financial institution behind you, this is that seat.You will work with HNI and ultra-HNI clients, offering them access to a curated suite of financial products and the full weight of GSBL's capital markets expertise.What You'll Do:• Own a book. Acquire, onboard, and grow a portfolio of HNI/ultra-HNI clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and your existing network.• Advise, don't just sell. Understand each client's financial goals, risk appetite, and life stage and build investment strategies around them, not around product targets.• Manage across asset classes. Offer solutions spanning Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Fixed Income, Insurance, and Equity with the ability to articulate trade-offs clearly and confidently.• Collaborate cross-functionally. Leverage GSBL's research desk, investment banking relationships, and IPO pipeline to deliver insights and opportunities that standalone wealth managers simply can't.• Build the vertical. Contribute to refining our wealth proposition from onboarding experience to product shelf to client communication cadence. Your feedback shapes the playbook.• Stay compliant, stay sharp. Ensure all client interactions and product recommendations adhere to SEBI regulations and internal risk frameworks.What We're Looking For:Background• 3–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Advisory, or Financial Product Sales.• Prior experience at a top-tier Wealth Management firm, AMC, NBFC, or Private/Retail Bank strongly preferred.• Demonstrated track record of acquiring and retaining HNI clients.Skills• An active, credible HNI network or a proven ability to build one fast.• Strong command over financial products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Structured Products.• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills — you can hold a room and a long-form conversation equally well.• A consultative, client-first sales approach.• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you don't need a process handed to you.Qualifications• CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) / Graduate in a Financial discipline.• NISM certifications relevant to the product categories you'll advise on (or willingness to obtain them).Why GSBL• Institutional credibility.
