Job Title:Project Manager / Customer Success Manager (Technical)Location:Remote (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu) with mandatory onsite work in Wayanad (Kerala) – 1 week per monthSalary:₹50,000+ per month (based on experience)Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager / Customer Success Manager who can manage end-to-end project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships, primarily with US-based customers.This is a multi-functional role combining Project Management, Customer Success, and Business Analysis, ideal for candidates who can operate across technical and client-facing domains.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementOwn and manage project lifecycle from requirements to deliveryCoordinate with internal development teams and stakeholdersTrack timelines, deliverables, and ensure on-time executionIdentify risks and proactively resolve issuesCustomer SuccessAct as the primary point of contact for US-based clientsConduct regular client calls, updates, and follow-upsEnsure high customer satisfaction and retentionManage expectations and ensure smooth communicationBusiness AnalysisGather, analyze, and document requirementsCreate specifications, workflows, and use casesBridge communication between technical team and clientsEnsure solutions align with business needsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong technical background (IT / Software / Telecom / SaaS preferred)Proven experience working with US clientsExcellent English communication skills (mandatory)Strong organizational and multitasking abilityExperience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearlyWork Model (Important):Remote work allowedMandatory presence in Wayanad office for 1 week every monthCandidates must be willing to travel and coordinate with on-ground teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in VoIP, APIs, SaaS, or cloud platformsExperience in Agile / Scrum environmentsPrior experience in a startup or fast-paced environmentKey Traits:Strong ownership and accountabilityExcellent client-handling skillsStructured and detail-oriented approachAbility to manage multiple roles effectivelyWhy Join Us?Work on cutting-edge telecom and SaaS systemsDirect interaction with US clientsHigh-impact role with strong growth potentialFlexible work environment with real ownership
