Job Opening: Senior Architect (12–15 Years Experience)We are looking for a highly experienced and talented Senior Architect with 12–15 years of professional experience to join our team. We are also the first Indian-origin architecture and interior design firm to establish a studio in Milan, Italy, strengthening our presence within the global design landscape.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the architectural design and development of projects from concept through completion.* Prepare and review architectural drawings, design presentations, and detailed working drawings.* Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, and other specialist consultants to ensure seamless project integration.* Ensure that design intent, technical quality, and project standards are maintained during project execution.* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client coordination effectively.* Guide and mentor junior architects and architectural draftsmen within the team.* Resolve technical and design challenges during design development and construction stages.Required Experience & Skills:* 12–15 years of professional experience in architecture.* Proven experience in residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use developments.* Strong design sensibility and technical understanding of construction and detailing.* Experience managing large-scale projects and coordinating with multiple consultants.* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation software (knowledge of Revit is preferred).* Good understanding of local building bye-laws, statutory approvals, and regulatory frameworks.Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.How to Apply:Interested candidates meeting the above criteria are invited to submit their resume and portfolio to and/or share it on +91 79777 63483.Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further proceedings.
