About Never Grow Up:Never Grow Up has spent the last two years building innovative products and services to diversifyour portfolio and stay relevant to both B2B and B2C audiences. As we step into our next phase ofgrowth, we are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to drive revenue, build strong customerpipelines, and independently own the P&L for key business verticals.★ Role Overview:You will play a pivotal role in scaling four core verticals:1. The Monday Bar (Product) – B2B and B2C GrowthYou will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for The Monday Bar, build a strong funnel ofcustomers, and drive brand visibility. This includes identifying and closing distribution opportunities,partnerships, and customer acquisition channels and building profit lines.Merchandising Services – B2B GrowthYou will also drive the merchandising vertical with full P&L ownership. This includes developing astrong sales pipeline, identifying new corporate opportunities, managing client relationships, andcollaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality merchandise solutions.Workshops & Interventions – HR-Focused SolutionsOutreach and consultative up-selling for workshops, employee engagement programs, offsites, andculture interventions (with ideation support). A strong understanding of the HR lifecycle is essentialto recommend relevant ideas and solutions to clients based on their organizational needs.& role requires a balance of strategic thinking, entrepreneurial ownership, and strong executioncapability. You will also receive support from internal teams for ideation, content writing, and designto help you achieve your goals.4. Well-Being Services (25% Weightage)Upselling of our well being services to clients. Enabling tie-ups with counsellors and enabling thetracking and kickstarting of client projects before handing it over to client success teams.These are outlined here > Responsibilities:New Business Development & Growth• Build and manage the full sales funnel after understanding client needs from prospecting toclosure.• Drive customer acquisition strategies and generate repeat demand in collaboration withother team members.• Identify and pitch merchandising opportunities to existing and new clients.• Develop new business opportunities and partnerships across B2B and B2C channels.• Create customised proposals and presentations in collaboration with the internal team.P&L Ownership & Pipeline Management• Own revenue targets and profitability for the verticals being services.• Track sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline metrics across services.• Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.Client Strategy & Relationship Management• Conduct needs assessment and design solutions for workshops and interventions.• Understand HR cycles (onboarding, engagement, performance, culture, leadership, etc.) toalign sales efforts.• Build strong long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Marketing & GTM Execution• Work with marketing teams to define positioning and campaigns for products and services• Support content and creative teams with inputs to drive engagement, visibility, and leadgeneration.• Experiment with new outreach channels, events, and partnerships.Skills & Competencies Required:Core Skills• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably 3–6years).• Strong understanding of B2B sales and familiarity with B2C product marketing.• Ability to independently own and drive P&L outcomes.• Strong pipeline management using CRM tools.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Functional Competencies• Understanding of the HR lifecycle and employee engagement frameworks.• Experience in consultative selling and solution-driven pitches.• Ability to interpret and use data for forecasting and decision-making.• Experience with merchandising, corporate gifting, or product-led growth (preferred but notmandatory).Behavioural Competencies• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership.• Creative problem solver with a bias for action.• Relationship builder with customer-centric thinking.• Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams.• Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.What You Get• Opportunity to build and scale new business lines from the ground up and earn incentivesbased on profit after tax.
