AI Engineering Manager Location: Noida / Chandigarh / Bengaluru Experience: 4–6 Years Employment Type: Full-timeRole Overview The AI Engineering Manager will lead small, high-impact AI engineering teams responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI/ML systems. This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, bridging architecture, engineering execution, and stakeholder coordination.Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data engineers • Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from design to production • Translate business and domain requirements into scalable AI architectures • Oversee model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring • Design and enforce MLOps best practices (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring) • Review code, architectures, and model performance regularly • Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, and leadership • Ensure AI systems meet security, compliance, and reliability standards • Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and toolingRequired Skills & Qualifications • 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles • Strong hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) • Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments • Solid understanding of ML lifecycle, feature engineering, and model evaluation • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, CI/CD pipelines) • Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Prior experience mentoring junior engineersGood to Have • Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agent-based systems • Exposure to BFSI, Retail, GovTech, or Enterprise AI use cases • Knowledge of data engineering and distributed systems
