An Analyst in the Engagement Team at XQtiv plays a central role in ensuring that our search processes run smoothly and that our clients and candidates experience a professional, responsive, and well-organized engagement throughout the search lifecycle.Search Operations and CRM Management You will maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate records of candidates, clients, and ongoing searches. This includes tracking candidate interactions, updating profiles and resumes, maintaining search pipelines, and ensuring that all information is organized and accessible for the engagement team.Candidate and Client Coordination The Analyst acts as an operational bridge between clients, candidates, and internal partners. You will coordinate communication, manage scheduling for interviews and discussions, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and next steps. Attention to detail and responsiveness are essential in maintaining a seamless experience.Interview Scheduling and Process Management You will coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, particularly with US-based clients and candidates, ensuring calendars are aligned and confirmations are managed efficiently. This includes preparing interview schedules, sending calendar invites, following up on confirmations, and keeping the team informed of any changes.Candidate Engagement and Follow-ups A key responsibility of the role is consistent follow-up with candidates. This includes reaching out for resumes, confirming interest levels, gathering additional information when required, and ensuring candidates remain engaged throughout the process. Communication will happen across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and messaging platforms.Outreach and Candidate Outreach Support You will support the engagement team in reaching out to potential candidates, including cold calling professionals in the United States, following up on outreach campaigns, and maintaining a professional communication cadence. This role requires confidence in speaking with senior professionals and maintaining a polished communication style.Communication and Process Coordination The role requires strong coordination and communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
