Role- CONTENT WRITER3+ years of content writing experienceLocation: Delhi (Remote)Industry: Digital Marketing / PR AgencyAbout the Role- We are looking for a skilled and versatile Content Writer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with agency experience, capable of creating impactful content across platforms while managing projects end-to-end. This role requires a research-driven mindset, sharp writing skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and internal creative teams.Key Responsibilities -• Create high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns• Conceptualise video ideas and develop scripts for short-form and long-form video content• Write thought leadership and long-form articles for LinkedIn, specifically for senior management • Draft employee emailers, internal communications, and corporate announcements• Develop compelling award entries, case studies, and success stories for clients• Understand and discuss client briefs, translate requirements for the creative team, and manage projects from ideation to final delivery• Follow a research-first approach to content creation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and depth• Proofread and quality-check influencer content and third-party media videos to ensure brand and language consistencyRequired Skills & Qualifications3+ years of content writing experience working for global/reputed brands in a digital marketing or PR agencyProven expertise in writing for social media, digital campaigns, and video scriptingStrong command over written English; English graduate or post-graduate preferredExperience in internal communications, corporate content, and leadership communicationHands-on experience with award entries and case study developmentStrong research, editing, and proofreading skillsWorking knowledge of MS Word and PowerPointAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Should not be dependent on AI tools for content creationBehavioural & Functional Competencies Strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsHighly organised, systematic, and detail-orientedProactive communicator with a strong sense of ownershipWillingness to learn, adapt, and grow in an agency setupA team player who thrives in a collaborative, in-office environment
