Key ResponsibilitiesiScala Functional ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and map them to Infor iScala ERP capabilitiesConfigure and support core iScala modules such as:Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)Supply Chain (Inventory, Purchasing, Sales)Manufacturing / ProductionLogisticsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsPrepare functional specifications and solution design documentsConduct UAT support, defect resolution and user trainingTechnical & Integration ResponsibilitiesProvide support for iScala database and related technical componentsDevelop and maintain:ReportsInterfaces with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, WMS, legacy systems)Support data migration, master data management and reconciliation activitiesTroubleshoot performance, data and integration issuesWork with infrastructure and vendor teams on patches, upgrades and system enhancementsSupport & OperationsProvide L2/L3 production support for iScala applicationsAnalyze incidents, identify root causes and implement permanent fixesManage change requests and minor enhancementsEnsure system stability, availability and data integrityCreate and maintain operational documentation and SOPsRequired Skills & ExperienceMandatory SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Infor iScala ERPGood understanding of finance and accounting processesWorking knowledge of SQL Server (queries, data validation, troubleshooting)Experience in ERP implementation, upgrade, or support projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with business users and translate requirements into solutionsPreferred / Good-to-Have SkillsExperience with ReportsExposure to ERP integrations (file-based, API, middleware)Experience in manufacturing, distribution or retail domainsKnowledge of ITIL-based support processesExperience working in global or multi-country ERP environmentsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting3–10+ years of experience in ERP systems with significant exposure to iScalaSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and complianceComfortable working in support and project-driven environments
