Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software applications, while also ensuring that the solutions are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures. - Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Veeva Vault. - A 15 years full time education is required.
