The role focuses on on-ground execution, manpower handling, hiring, training, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining key performance metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of Amazon last-mile (EDSP) stationEnsure smooth execution of dispatch, delivery, and station activitiesMonitor and drive core Amazon metrics at the station levelHandle manpower planning, hiring, and onboarding of Delivery Associates and Station SupervisorsConduct training and ensure proper onboarding of Delivery Associates and Station Supervisors as per SOPsManage attendance, rostering, and on-ground supervision of delivery teamsEnsure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirementsSupport fleet coordination and basic cost control at station levelEnsure loss prevention, COD compliance, and audit readinessIdentify and resolve operational issues in real-timeMaintain regular coordination with station leadershipRequirementsExperience in Amazon last-mile / EDSP operationsExperience in hiring, training, and managing field teamsBasic understanding of Amazon metrics, compliance, and LP processesStrong execution and people management skillsAbility to handle on-ground challenges and drive performanceBachelor’s degree in a relevant field
