Our clients range from small to large businesses Australia, UK, UK, Europe and Southeast Asia, spanning various industries.As an RPA Analyst, you will be responsible for automation solution development, Design and implement RPA workflows for business processes, Integrate AI capabilities into automation solutions, Quality Assurance & Testing, Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated processes, API Integration Implementation, monitoring and performance analysis and Technical DocumentationPlease note: This position requires full-time presence in US West Coast time zone (5 days per week) fully remoteResponsibilities1.Automation Solution DevelopmentResearch and evaluate potential automation scenariosDesign and implement RPA workflows for business processesIntegrate AI capabilities into automation solutions2.Quality Assurance & TestingDevelop and execute test plans for automation solutionsPerform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on RPA workflowsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in automated processes3.Monitoring & Performance AnalysisConfigure monitoring for automated workflowsAnalyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunitiesImplement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency4.API Integration ImplementationDesign custom API integration solutionsDevelop and document API connections between systemsEnsure secure and efficient data exchange through APIs5.Technical DocumentationCreate detailed documentation for automated processesDocument workflows, integrations, and scriptsMaintain knowledge base for automation solutionsSkills & ExperienceA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of RPA & Automation experienceProficiency in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and SQLAbility to write, modify, and debug scripts for automation workflowsExperience with Power Automate and knowledge of other RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)Understanding of RPA development lifecycle and implementation methodologiesExpertise in REST API principles and JSON data structuresExperience building and consuming API endpointsSkills in designing and implementing API-based integrations between systemsWorking knowledge of Azure OpenAI services and implementationExperience developing and deploying Microsoft Chatbots (Copilot Studio)Understanding of PowerApps integration with AI servicesFamiliarity with ChatGPT and similar LLM implementationsIn-depth understanding of ConnectWise platform architectureExperience with ConnectWise API capabilities and integration patternsAbility to optimize automated workflows within ConnectWiseAbility to adapt communication style for U.S. audiences is an added advantagePrior experience supporting or interacting with U.S.-based customers (highly desired).
